Easy Bread Loaf

Hmmmmm...homemade bread. The aroma of freshly baked bread in your kitchen. Bread really does taste better straight out of the oven.
This recipe uses NO dough conditioner or any of that artificial preservatives commonly used in commercial bread to lengthen shelf life.
This is also a fuss free recipe that requires only one proofing.

370 g Bread flour
30 g Potato flour
1 tbsp Milk powder
1 tsp Dried Instant Yeast
2 tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
240ml Water
1 Egg
1 tbsp Cooking Oil or melted butter

1. Sift bread flour, potato flour and milk powder. Add yeast, sugar and salt.       
Mix well.
2. Add water. Mix for one minute using dough hooks. Add egg. Mix for another minute. Add oil. Mix for 5 minutes. Knead for a minute using your hands.
3. Line loaf tin (8 inch by 4 inch by 4 inch) with greaseproof paper and grease with oil. Place dough in it and leave it in closed unheated oven for 3 hours.
4. Remove dough from oven. Preheat oven to 210°C. Bake dough for 30 minutes.
